Three composition modes and six voice parameters let you control how outreach messages are written per campaign in Liminal GTM
Sales teams running outreach campaigns in identity, fraud, financial crime, and security sell to different buyers with different expectations. A compliance-focused CISO responds to a different language than a growth-oriented CRO. Until now, outreach messages followed a single composition style across every campaign and every audience. Reps either accepted the default or rewrote manually, getting inconsistent outputs and investing time on editing instead of selling.
Advanced Outreach Customization puts composition control into the campaign workflow in Liminal GTM. A new Outreach Style step in campaign creation offers three modes: Liminal Standard applies the platform’s default voice, Templates lets Organization Admins create reusable configurations that standardize how the team writes, and Custom opens six voice parameters for per-campaign tuning.
Those six parameters give granular control over how each message reads:
- Tone sets the register.
- Length controls how much the message says.
- Lead with determines what opens the message.
- Argument style shapes how the case is built.
- CTA strength calibrates the ask.
- Personalization determines how much account-specific context is woven in.
In Custom mode, teams can also upload reference materials. Past outreach that worked, brand guidelines, or competitor messaging can be attached to guide the composition beyond the six parameters.
Your Chief Revenue Officer launches a campaign targeting enterprise CISOs and selects a Template the team built for security-conscious buyers, including a formal tone, an evidence-led argument, and a measured CTA. A sales rep running a separate campaign for mid-market growth leaders switches to Custom and tunes for a shorter, more direct message that leads with return on investment. Each campaign carries its own voice.
Organization Admins also get Campaign Templates as a new entry in the GTM menu. Templates are created once with the six voice parameters and optional reference materials, then reused across campaigns, giving leadership control over messaging standards while reps retain flexibility within each campaign.
