She has proven success in scaling businesses and leading diverse, global teams at companies like Feedzai, Bridgewater Associates, Pfizer, and management consulting firms. Most recently, Kathryn was at Redesign Health, a venture innovation company, where she was Head of Business and Portfolio Operations.
