Liminal Expanded Search: Full Command Depth in Every Query

August 4, 2026

A wireframe of Liminal Expanded Search in Command.

Search a topic and get ten object types in a confidence-ranked list of results across Command

Your product team needs to benchmark a competitor. The company profile is in one place, its products in another, recent market signals in the Monitor, and the research covering it in the reports library. Finding anything required knowing where it lived before you could get to it.

Expanded Search removes that navigation friction. Each search gets an extended reach in Liminal Command by covering ten object types. Survey insights, research reports, use cases, personas, Monitor events, and market segments join the previous search directory (with companies, products, people, and investors) to return a single confidence-ranked list. The strongest matches surface first, with a quality cutoff that filters by relevance.

The cross-type discovery enabled by Expanded Search serves different leadership roles. Your CPO types a specific company name and gets much more than the company profile. The results surface its products, recent signals, and research reports covering it. Your CMO enters “age assurance” and gets the market segment, three buyer personas, ten vendors, and nine research reports. Your CRO looks up a target account and gets the company, products, and recent events in minutes.

Each query connects content types in the same view and ranks their relevance. Results combine keyword and meaning-based matching, so both exact terms and related concepts surface. A preview drawer allows inspection of any result without leaving the search view, double quotes trigger exact matching for precision queries, and recent searches are saved for quick access.
