Liminal is officially certified as a Great Place To Work® for the third year, a milestone rooted in the values that guide how we build, collaborate, and support our customers. This year, 90% of our US employees participated in the Trust Index survey, giving us a clear view of how our team experiences life at Liminal.
The results reflect a culture we are proud of. 89% of employees strongly agreed that Liminal is a great place to work across multiple dimensions. Scores tied to trust, fairness, and respect were consistently strong, and camaraderie reached 96%, showing how deeply people feel connected to the mission and to one another.
Several strengths stood out, with 100% of employees reporting feeling welcomed when they joined. They also shared that Liminal is a physically safe place to work and that they can take time off when they need it, as well as sharing the feeling that the work they do has meaning. These fundamentals shape a workplace where people can think clearly, move with confidence, and focus on work that makes a difference.
