May 7, 2026

The Liminal platform launches a credit system, and GTM Campaigns are the first eligible outputs with on-demand generation. Target Accounts improves two contacts capabilities.

Liminal Platform Release Notes: New credit System & Target Account improvements | May 7

Platform

NEW

Credit System Foundation — Self-service Campaigns generation

Campaigns are the first credit-eligible output generated on demand from the rep workspace, including Account Strategy Plans and Verified Enriched Contacts.

NEW

Credit System Visibility — Balance and utilization projections

Credit cost is visible before each action, and organization balance, projected depletion, and per-user consumption are monitored in real time. When organizations run low, admins can request a top-up from their CSM.

GTM

IMPROVED

Target Accounts — AI-selected contacts

Campaigns are now fully self-service. Define your contact parameters — activation type, number of Verified Enriched Contacts per account, and minimum match quality — and AI automatically selects and processes contacts. Results are available in GTM Campaigns once processed.

IMPROVED

Target Accounts — Add new companies

Search for any account directly in Target Accounts. Companies already in the Living Graph appear as Target Accounts, and accounts eligible for enrichment display an “Add” option to trigger automatic processing. When finished, the account addition is confirmed by an in-app notification.

Prioritize target accounts by ICP Fit and Intent, share Research Reports with your team, and deep-link to any event in Monitor.

Command

IMPROVED

Reports — Sharing and downloads

Share any Research Report with teammates directly from the Research page. Recipients get in-app and email notifications with a link. Enterprise customers can also download reports for board decks and internal circulation.

IMPROVED

Monitor — Event details and sharing

Every event now has a dedicated URL and detail page for deep linking, and all events are shareable, including those without related pages. Title keyword search also moves to the first filter position.

GTM

IMPROVED

Target Accounts — Score Framework and customizable weights

Accounts’ score is now a composite of ICP Fit and Intent sub-scores, surfacing targets that are actively in-market rather than just profile matches. Adjust sub-score weights to match your motion: outbound can prioritize Intent, while ABM can lean on ICP Fit.

Command gets smarter event categorization and richer analysis exploration. GTM streamlines Game Plan setup.

Liminal Platform Release Notes: What's new in Command and GTM | March 26

Events are now categorized under parent use cases, making it easier to filter by the strategic themes that matter to your team. A new use-case filter lets you cut through noise faster. Existing saved filters are preserved.

IMPROVED

Custom Analysis

Detail drawers in Custom Analyses now surface domain context, associated use cases, and sub-vertical breakdowns inline, so you can explore related intelligence without leaving your workflow.

GTM

IMPROVED

Game Plans — Optional Battlecards and Stages

Battlecards and Stages are now optional in the Game Plan setup flow. Only Use Case, Product, and Persona parameters remain mandatory, making it faster to create Game Plans for campaigns that don't require competitive materials or meeting stages.

Custom Analyses: Insights, Domains, and Verticals as related objects:

Custom analyses now connect to the market context behind them — so your strategic research links to the companies, products, and use cases that matter. Domain context opens inline without breaking your workflow, and Space cards show how much analysis lives in each Space.

IMPROVED

AI Copilot: Structured context and Custom Analysis grounding

Team Spaces chat now groups content by type and includes Custom Analyses in the context window, so answers are grounded in your team's research.

IMPROVED

AI Copilot: Thread management

Rename chat threads, browse past conversations with message previews and paginated retrieval, plus refreshed empty states and icon consistency.

GTM

NEW

Integrations Manager
