Jarrod Scuglik

Jarrod serves as Chief Financial Officer at Liminal, where he oversees finance, operations, and corporate strategy. In his role, he leads financial planning and analysis, capital management, and compliance across global entities, while also managing legal, HR, and operational functions. His work ensures Liminal has the systems, structure, and strategic discipline to scale effectively as the company advances its intelligence platform, Link.

Before joining Liminal, Jarrod was CFO at BforeAI, where he helped guide the company through its Series A and B raises, expanded operations from France to the U.S., and built scalable finance and operational frameworks to support international growth. He has also advised and supported multiple early-stage ventures in the technology and consumer sectors, with a focus on fundraising, investor relations, and operational execution. Earlier in his career, he worked in investment banking at Goldman Sachs, where he developed expertise in valuation, capital markets, and corporate finance.

Jarrod graduated from the University of Southern California, where he studied accounting and finance and played football as a free safety. He lives in Brooklyn with his wife and two daughters. Outside of work, he enjoys hiking, cycling, and exploring new places with his family. A lifelong athlete, Jarrod has completed numerous running road races—including the New York City Marathon five times—an ultramarathon in the Dolomites, and triathlons of all distances, including Ironman Lake Placid.
