Will Charnley

Will Charnley serves as Chief Operating Officer at Liminal where he leads strategic planning, operational management, and customer-focused initiatives. With a strong background in driving operational excellence, his commitment to efficiency and customer satisfaction fosters a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, ensuring the highest standards across all operations. He is an accomplished executive who continues to oversee Liminal’s advisory services, enabling organizations to solve complex business challenges and achieve successful outcomes in cybersecurity, identity and fraud, trust and safety, and financial crimes compliance.  

Before Liminal, Will was the Director of Systems & Growth for Learning by Giving (LxG).  In this role, he successfully led the product design, launch, and go-to-market strategy for a mobile application and freemium subscription service. He also analyzed the market and competitor landscape to create the organization’s first-ever five-year strategic roadmap, which increased revenue by 5x. Will also spent eight years at Big Brothers Big Sisters as the Director of Program Services. He created the organization’s first-ever revenue-producing program, led a multi-stage Salesforce implementation, and streamlined organizational workflows to achieve operational excellence.   

Will received his Master’s in Business Administration from Babson College and his Bachelor’s from Boston College. He lives in Boston with his wife, Tara, and his fur baby, Tallulah. In his free time, Will spends time outdoors hiking, running, golfing, or trying to avoid getting burned at the beach.
