Will Charnley

Will Charnley is a Managing Director at Liminal.  Will has spent the past 10 years as a project leader for several organizations, honing his skills by solving complex, ambiguous business challenges. 

Will spent the last two years as the Director of Systems & Growth for Learning by Giving (LxG).  In this role, he successfully led the product design, launch, and go-to-market strategy for a mobile application and freemium subscription service. He also analyzed the market and competitor landscape to create the organization’s first-ever five-year strategic roadmap, which increased revenue by 5x.

Prior to his time at LxG, Will spent eight years at Big Brothers Big Sisters as the Director of Program Services where he created the organization’s first-ever revenue-producing program, led a multi-stage Salesforce implementation, and streamlined organizational workflows to achieve operational excellence.   

Will received his Master’s in Business Administration from Babson College and his Bachelor’s from Boston College.  He lives in Boston with his wife Tara and his fur-baby Tallulah.  Will spends his free time outdoors – hiking, running, golfing, or trying to avoid getting burned at the beach.
