After a successful career in Risk & Fraud, Filip transitioned into Product Management at Google. There, he played a pivotal role in developing Google's Age Assurance program, impacting billions of users worldwide. His expertise in age verification and identity solutions has been instrumental in bridging the gap between the physical and digital worlds. Filip's experience extends beyond Google, with stints at Airbnb and other industry-leading companies. At Airbnb, he successfully launched 100% verification of guests and hosts in the US, demonstrating his ability to drive innovation and improve user experiences. Filip's combination of technical acumen, industry knowledge, and strategic thinking make him a valuable asset in identity and security.

Filip holds Bachelor's and Master’s degrees in Criminology from Florida Atlantic University and Florida State University, respectively. He grew up in Belgium, has a growing family, and enjoys action movies and sports.
